DIRECTIONS: From 77 take 62E and exit at US-43S/Market Avenue. Turn right onto Market Ave. Turn left onto 12th Street. Go over railroad tracks and straight through intersection (12th St becomes Mahoning Ave). The second brick building on the left is the Stark County Dog Pound.
