Clanton Shelter, in Alabama is overloaded.  They're in a remote location and unfortunately, adoptions are lower than the euth rate there.  Fortunately for Augie, Jayda, Butterbean and Rosemary, rescues have noticed them.  Poor Augie has had it tough - he's been suffering from malnutrition prior to landing at the shelter, so his coat has all but disappeared and he's not yet strong enough for neutering or shots, but he will be traveling with a vet exemption certificate.  Augie and the gang are even bringing along a fresh supply of puppy breath!  They and Butterbean are headed to From the Heart and then they'll say farewell to Rosemary who is heading to ACES. 

It is also that they get into rescue as their temp. foster mom has her hands full with all of the other rescues from the Clanton Shelter.  Because of Augie's malnutrition, and Jayda's young age, we're considering this a special needs transport.
