I have watched my neighbors keep this dog chained to a tree for the enitre two years of its life. The neighbors property has now sold and I saw the dog still chained to the tree as the exterminators were putting the tent on the house. I took the dog into my yard, expecting them to come back, but they never did. I can't keep the dog and am trying to avoid bringing him to the pound. He loves attention and it is amazing how sweet he is considering how little attention and love he has ever gotten. He runs over to anyone that comes into the yard and is just dying to be pet and hugged.
