Every single day people fight for dogs to live. Some win and some lose... way
too many lose. Reality is there are too many dogs. Right now in a small
shelter in Beebe, AR (35 miles north east of Little Rock) Seven innocent
souls face a fate that never should have been put on them. But looking at
them run and play, you know they have no idea. Maybe it's better that way.
Every one of these seven dogs sitting on death row in Beebe's small Animal
Shelter is a very gorgeous friendly adoptable dog. Every one of them is
worth saving. We hope someone will step forward and see what we do in
their eyes... maybe someone will come forward and offer one of these
beautiful friendly dogs a chance at a forever home. Maybe someone will
adopt them.. or take them into rescue.. offer them a foster home.. maybe

Only one of them is a "purebred" Jasper, the lab. He is a
sweet young guy who has grown since being at the shelter. He came in with
a skin irritation on his face.. so he doesn't look his best right now, but
maybe someone will look past that and see the joy and love in his eyes.
The undying loyalty he will offer you if you let him live.

Lucas is the cuteness and sweetness of a Lab in a smaller body. This guy
only weighs 25-30 pounds and although he is a little unsure at first... he
quickly smiles at you with that ohhhh so charming smile.

Boomer has been there the longest.. he is a happy favorite. Never meets a
person he doesn't like. He is soft and fluffy... and gentle as a cotton
ball. Even when Boomer jumps on you to give you a hug.. he does it softly
and just sighs with pleasure at being petted.

Graham will just break your heart.... but only enough to crawl right
inside. This smaller dog... is a gorgeous rich red color. We don't know
what he is.. but he is super soft and cuddly. When you bend down and call
him.. he slowly approaches you.... offers his heart
and trust... and love. When you take that muzzle into your hand you know
you have found something awful special.. Did I mention Graham is
neutered!!

Duke is the second longest resident... a lot of Golden
Retriever in this soft long haired fellow.. but just enough of something
else to make him a mix... don't think for one minute Duke missed out on
that famous Golden personality though.. He didn't!!!

So you say you LOVE big soft fluffy dogs? Have I got the guy for you.
Midnight is a gem. He weighs about 90-100 pounds and can stand to gain a
bit more. He has long soft hair and the Newfie look. Big broad muzzle and
easy going nature. He loves to talk and run and is not a big jumper
(thankfully)

And out of the whole bunch, we have one lovely lady. Carrie has a stunning
multi-colored coat. This gal has looks, personality and intelligence. She
is even in a smaller package of about 25-30 pounds. She loves to dance and
play... but is a pretty laid back gal.. just look at that smile!!
