Small County dog pound in West Virginia in
need
I volunteer with a very small county dog
pound---it's just five outside pens with doghouses in WV. Our dog warden just
resigned and wants to clear the dogs off of her property. I am looking for
help for these dogs.
Chester is one of the dogs--he's a young
Dalmation mix who weighs about 45 pounds.
