'SNOWBALL' is the poster
child of an organization called 'Dogs Deserve Better' that is trying to raise
awareness for animals chained for the duration of their lives.
Snowball has been
chained for 15 years!
Dogs Deserve Better, a
nonprofit group
aimed at helping chained
dogs, will be having a 33 hour
chain off in College town
PA. on July 3 & 4.
8
of these hours
will be spent on a property adjacent
to where Snowball "lives".

SNOWBALL
Despite the best efforts of volunteers, Snowball
remains chained, in view of a highway where her position is visible to
travelers. Countless complaints have been lodged, but Snowball's lonely, dismal
existence has not changed for the better.
