Dog Owner Harassment

NY - 6 WEBCAMS needed to DEFEND dogs...

Hi Everyone.  I'm sure everyone has read my posts re my landlords efforts to try and evict my dogs and I from my rent stabiliized apartment.  I am a rent stabilized tenant in a co op conversion building w/ a non eviction plan.  Due to the fact that at this time its a seller's market my landlord has a $250,000.00 profit motive to evict me.  If he can get me out he can sell the apartment as a co-op for $250.000.00.  He has only owned the apartment since 1999.  Most of my dogs I had before he even purchased the apartment.
I have a 28 year history with no complaints whatsoever.

Now he is paying off some the tenants in the building to make false allegations.  Where in the last case they alleged that my dogs "attacked" them (with no evidence of a police, hospital or doctor report) they are now alleging they are a nuisance.

The last case was a bogus non payment eviction (he is once again not cashing my rent checks) into which he "snuck" a dangerous dog issue.  Because my dogs are documented as pet therapy dogs the case was dismissed.

Now there is a sudden nuisance claim where none existed in the previous action.  He filed complaints with the EPA claiming a barking nuisance.  The EPA investigated and found there was none.  He is also trying to use the "foul odors" and living in squalor allegation again despite all the witnesses to the contrary in the last proceeding.

I am going to give up all my privacy rights and place a webcam in every room except the bathroom.  There will be 24 hour internet access to the webcam.  The entire world will witness that I'm not living in squalor nor are my dogs barking.

This will put an immediate end to the case.  My problem is that I spent
all my money for my defense in the last cause of action.
If anyone has (or knows of someone who does) a webcam or video survelliance camera that they no longer need or would be willing to lend me until the issue resolves itself it would be greatly appreciated.  Also any technical advice as to how to set up the access to the webcams on the website it would be of great help.

I want to show this landlord and New York landlords in general that if
they are going to try and harass tenants into leaving their rent
stabilized apartments they better do so without messing with our
beloved pets.

I will gladly return my mailing address by e-mail
(adrienne.caldwell@verizon.net ) to anyone who can loan
or donate a webcam.

Many, many thanks.

Adrienne
