PLEASE, PLEASE SEND THIS IMPORTANT UPDATE
TO AS MANY ANIMAL LOVERS AS YOU CAN
EVEN IF YOU CANNOT HELP PERSONALLY.
JENNY HAS SURVIVED THE SURGERY..SO FAR!
UPDATE ON JENNY- The sweet and adorable 6 month old female black lab type
pooch, brought in to my vet by the "owners".
Last night even with the rope embedded down to her trachea, and her little
neck veins sticking out, this little dog was still wagging her tail. Even while
the "owners" ordered her to be destroyed, she was still wagging her tail.
All she ever wanted was to be loved and to love in return, and for this, she put
up with torture and narrowly escaped with her life.
This was a very tough surgery, and the vet said that had the rope gone in
just another 1/8th of an inch, she would have bled to death!
She now has many tubes and drains going into her while in the kennel, running
a temperature and STILL her tail is wagging! She wants love so very much,
and the need to please is so great! The folks in the vet's office and the vet
himself, said they have NEVER seen a sweeter, adorable dog as this little one.
Their computers are not working, but they will mail me pictures of her - SO
AWFUL - ONE OF THE WORSE CASES OF ABUSES THEY'VE SEEN!!! She won't be able to
even go to a foster home or a permanent home for several days now, and the
person in charge will need to keep up with her aftercare - peroxide in the
wounds.
Please someone, take a personal interest in little Jenny. I promised the vet
I would find her a foster who will care for her; and because I convinced him
of this, he absorbed the $500. cost of the surgery himself. I'm in the
Frazier Park Area, where so many "dumpees" are abandoned. We are overloaded
with
God's precious little creatures, and no place to put them...no safe shelters,
no sanctuaries and no fosters.
HELP US PLEASE!
