This poor girl came in encased in a matted coat of fur, twigs, burrs, leaves and
who knows what else. She has been shaved some but still needs some work.
She is young and energetic but is missing all her canine and front teeth
(maybe chewed on metal bars?).
She is very sweet with people
but does not like other dogs. She lived outside all of her life but
should be easy to housetrain; she goes out and does her business right
away on a leash.
She'll make someone a very
sweet "only child" and deserves a much better life!

else. We are trying to trim it off, but it is slow going, and her skin is very
tender. These are before & during photos - lots left to come off. She is a
young, energetic dog - but she is missing all her canine & front teeth, as
though she had chewed on metal bars. She is very sweet with people but does not
like other dogs. She seems to be a cream and apricot colored pup with soft
cotton-candy fur (when it comes back). She has lived outside all her life and
should be easy to housetrain since she wants to get outside to do her business.
She has done everything right away each time I take her out on a leash. If you
can offer her the love and care she deserves, call about R113! Remember, this
dog must be spayed as a condition of her adoption. She can be euthanized at any
time beyond her "last chance" date. The adoption fee itself is $20. The shelter
is open from 12-3 pm on Wed & Sat and from 12-5 pm on Fri. Directions are
