He is much cuter in person.  He was supposedly hit by a car.  His eye
was removed at the shelter -- it was hanging.  He looks to be in good
health, other than missing his left eye.  He is a little shy at first,
but I talked to him and he rolled over for a tummy rub.  When I picked
him up, he wiggled with happiness and gave me kisses like a puppy.  He
is a total doll!  He's a great little dog!

He was in isolation, but was supposed to be moved to the puppy room.
They are calling him "left eye Louie".
