This came through on one of my other dog lists today.     Is there anyone on this (besides Monica, I already sent it to her) that works with the groups against puppy mills.    Just thought someone on this list may be able to give her some contacts of people that could help, or at least some information they could use to fight this.

    I received this request for help today -- perhaps someone on the list can offer some more advice than I was able to offer.
 

My name is Andy Olearczyk. I live in Lititz, Pa. I am looking for advise on how to stop a new puppy mill. Our Amish neighbors currently have 4 puppy mills in operation that surround our development. They have thousands of dogs. They have an application before the Penn township zoning board for yet another kennel to house 236 dogs. This cash business is growing big time! The meeting is set for Sept 8th next Wed. Please help if you can. We need specific ideas. If you, or any friends can come please do. Send me ideas or anything that you think may help.
