Introducing.............Carter!!!!!!!! Carter is a very handsome, young fella
with a sweet personality. He adores people and wants to please. Carter was
rescued from a local kill shelter on his last day. We placed him in a loving
foster home where he will stay until his forever home is found. Carter also gets
along great with other nice dogs. If you would like to fill out an adoption
application to adopt Carter (no obligation), please email us a fax number and an
application will be faxed to you. Carter will be appearing this Sunday at the

patiently while we took his picture then when we finished, he came over and

The Newnan-Coweta Humane Society-Shelter Rescue is a Georgia state-licensed humane society. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Shelter Rescue was started in February 1997 with the focus of reducing the number of animals euthanized at local animal control facilities. We do this by rescuing, arranging foster home space and finding homes for a limited number of these animals. We also help increase adoptions at the animal control facilities by publicizing these animals on informational flyers and posting them at various locations in the south metro area and parts of the Atlanta metro area and on our website. In addition, we are an information source for residents who have questions regarding companion animals. Shelter Rescue is the animal rescue and adoptions operations side of the humane society. The animals listed may be at several different locations. The location of the animals will be given. This can include animals in our foster care or animals that are at local county government animal control shelters. Animals in our foster care can usually be seen at the local Petsmart in Newnan, GA on Sunday afternoons. We require an application and interview process for any adoptions of any animals in our programs. Animal Control Shelter animals can be adopted directly from the individually listed shelter. Please remember they are on borrowed time.

June Is very very Full and needs to move dogs out NOW !!!!!!
And she is willing to do a midweek transport to hagerstown either
wed/thursday She has more at the shelter about 5 not pictured 3
more coming today and a large litter of pups friday and then gilmer
dogs ould be coming too we dont know that till a fews
days before if so many will die this week We lost 3 lives this
past weekend cause WE ARE OUT OF ROOM !!!! WE do not want to PTS but
there are NO more places to put dogs .....here is the list
