Notes: Ozzie was adopted from the pound but returned when it was discovered that his new owner's roommate had allergies. He seems very lethargic, we are worried that he is ill and needs to see a vet. He has already been neutered and had his first DHLPP vaccine as well as being microchipped, he was also given a rabies shot. Ozzie weighs just eighteen pounds.
