Notes: Named after the famous chef Rocco Disperito for his flirtatious personality, Rocco is a beautiful 8 month old chow mix. Rocco came to the League from another animal shelter through our ShARE program. He was brought in as a stray to that shelter with his collar embedded into his neck. The collar had to be surgically removed and his neck is still healing. Even after all that he’s been through, Rocco’s sweet personality still shines through. He tested well on his temperament test and seems to get along with other dogs even though he probably hasn’t had a lot of socialization with them yet. Rocco would do best in a home with children over 12 yrs old. If you have room in your home and family for a dog that is beautiful on the inside as well as the outside please stop in and meet with Rocco!
