Rocky Sevel

Rocky is a 12 yr old brown & black shepherd mix who was surrendered to the shelter by his owner. This poor boy was sitting forlornly in the back of his kennel looking at me with a sad look while his kennel mate came running up  barking for attention. It was almost as if he knew he couldn't compete with the younger dog for my attention. Anyone willing to make this sad dog feel special again?
