Notes: Scribbles was hit by a car and dropped at the shelter. she was taken to the vet for an evaluation but with the county and city taking thier money that was all we could have done. she is very sweet and will get up and walk around sometimes she holds her back leg up. laying on the cement floor has to be very painful for this poor girl. please give her a second chance.
