Thanks for your help -
He is a friendly dog. He does well with other
dogs and cats. He loves to run, play with balls and take walks, ride in
the car. He has been around kids before and I have never ran into any
problems. He is pretty much indoor/outdoor dog. He sleeps in the house.
We put him in the bathroom and put up a baby gate or he sleeps in my
daughter's room.
We are giving him up because he is my 20 year
daughter's dog who does not want to take on her responsibility for him
they way she should. Her dad has given her chance after chance to do
what she needs to, but she will not step up to the plate. So he said
that is it, he has to go.
We had taken him to the pound but went and pick
him up. I had requested for them to call me before putting him to sleep.
They called after only 4 days. He is currently sick with a cold. He is
on medication and we are trying to get him better. (I guess he has
kennel cough).
I have never done this before and not really
sure what to do, so thanks for giving the information.
