Tisha is a beautiful one year old border collie/boxer mix - the very best of
both breeds.  She has the soft, black and white border collie coat, and kind
of a boxer look to her face, really a lovely girl.  Very friendly too!  Once
Tisha gets out of the shelter, she's going to blossom into someone's best
friend.

Tisha is at the Mason County Animal Shelter in Point Pleasant, WV.  The
shelter is packed way beyond capacity.  Many animals died last week, more will
likely die within the next few days.  While Tisha is a relative newcomer, and
isn't in immediate danger, the sooner she gets out of the shelter the better for
all concerned.
